Complete Home Inspection
I am very happy with the inspection done by Wes of Westco Home Inspections. Wes found significant structural issues involving the roof that two previous inspectors had missed. Wes provided pictures as well as video of the items he found substandard. He explained in good detail what he had found and what he felt could fix the issues. I appreciated that he also said he would speak with some of his engineering colleagues to see if there were any other processes that could be used to bring the roof support to an acceptable standard. I will be having Westco complete the identified repairs as well as reviewing and performing repairs and new construction on my other home. I highly recommend Westco for your inspection and construction needs. This is the first time I've used Home Advisor but based on my experience it won't be the last.
