I had an excellent experience with my plumber Gary and couldn’t be happier with the work. He completed two major projects for me — a full repipe under the house and a kitchen drain reroute — and everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly and up to code. The work area was kept clean, the timeline was exactly as promised, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. It’s hard to find a plumber who is honest, reliable, and skilled, but Gary truly checks all the boxes. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done right the first time. I will definitely use him again for future projects.

Working with Garry at WestCo Rooter has been the best experience I've ever hard with a contractor. Communication has been excellent, with constant updates & photos sent via text, such that I've never wondered what was going on with our project. When embarking on something as major as having a sewer line replaced, requiring permits from two different city agencies, it was such a relief to find a contractor that was able to handle everything in a confident & competent manner, and explain everything and provide enough detail so that we could understand what was being done and why. A schedule was set and strictly adhered to, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend hiring WestCo any more wholeheartedly!

Gary was very nice to work with. He advised and was flexible for a difficult sewer to septic tank line replacement. He explained the reasons for the change in the codes for the connections clearly. he was fast and reasonably priced.

I have had a problem with my main sewer line for years and I knew I had issues with roots in my line. A previous plumber I had out never returned. I had asked a 2nd plumber for a quote, but they never gave me one because they didn't want to actually dig the hole to fix the issue. The 3rd and 4th plumber weren't much better. However, WestCo rooter was very helpful and explained a variety of options. We set up a time. They dug 3 deep holes and replaced my entire sewer pipe, and filled and patched the holes, all in one long day. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and how efficient they were in getting it all done. If you have sewer pipe issues, I highly recommend WestCo Rooter.

Main water line replacement. I am very particular and exacting in what I want done and how I'd like it done. Westco (Garry, yes, two r's) was most accommodating. Crew was great. No wasted time and no wasted motion. Inspector was very pleased.

Gary at WestCo was incredible.. extremely honest and professional... cleared a drain problem and gave much needed assurance that issue would be resolved and then did it. Technician gave an initial estimate of Approx. $1500 based on having to open wall, cut drain and install cleanout, and replace wall. On investigation discovered a prior owner had installed cleanout, so only need was to root out grease/slime plug in drain. Completed work in about two hours with a charge of $495. Happy Camper!
