Great job, needed a few places redone due to rain, but like a great company, they came on time and redid the job and was done well. They owner is one of the best in customer care. He was involved in the entire process.

From start to finish, the entire project was flawless. I would hope that they continue to do business for many years to come. I love my color choices but if I ever decide to change them, I want them to be the people to be in my house, painting my walls.

I'm always hesitant to recommend companies, but I have no qualms whatsoever about this company! Prices were comparable to other estimates, but the quality far exceeded the others. They moved dirt from the base of the house, they rolled 2 coats of paint (some companies spray), and had no hesitation about painting the soffits and fascia. Ryan also provided a list of comparable homes/customers that we could look at and contact. The crew took their time and were meticulous. They weren't rushing to get the job done and move on to the next one. They painted our home like it was their own and left no mess behind! Would I use them again? Absolutely!

Ryan was able to work us in to their busy schedule - they got started when they said they'd get started and did a good job. There was some issues with some areas that needed to be repainted and Ryan was quick to ensure that any issues I had were addressed. I'm glad we found West Coast Painting and Restoration and we'd use them again if the need arises.

Mr Brown serviced us well however he did mention that patches would be sprayed with texture before painting, they were not and that base would be wiped down before paint was applyed not to sure about that. I do wish I have specifided oil base paint on wood work but my fault I did not. I would use WPR again and I will recommed them.
Response from Westcoast Painting & Restoration, Inc.
"The base boards were wiped down. I think the "texture" was a misunderstanding. However, when we completed the job the homeowner could had mentioned at that point about the patch work. I am not happy with the rating that was given even though Mr Funk said he would use us again. Ryan."

True professionals. Fast easy quote, Ryan came out and measured our home and quickly submitted a professional quote. He offered to help us with paint color selection based on going trends. They showed up the day they said and finished on time. The job exceeded my expectations. True proffessionals that you can trust to do the job right.

Powerwashing
The technician arrived on time (even early) and was extremely professional. He powerwashed the sidewalk in front of the house and the area around the pool. This included a rust stain from an old barbecue grill, and a section below a mural that was covered with mold and paint residue. This home was being prepared for sale and the surfaces now look 1000% better. I highly recommend this company.
