Western Asphalt

They came out to do the job, but didn't have the right equipment or materials. Finally, they got it, which took about 3 hours. By the next day, everything started washing off, never filled in the cracks, didnt finish covering the driveway, and was supposed to come back in 2 days, but has done nothing

Overall, the experience while work was being done was exceptional UNTIL it wasn't. The retainer wall in the back was installed and the old one removed. In the process, they brought a backhoe to remove the old one. The ground was saturated from raining the backhoe tore up the back lawn. Eric said, I know it's a mess, but when it dries up, we will be out to level the ruts out, move the dirt around, and cover it all with seed and hay. About a week later 2 of his guys came over and worked for about an hour. They then told me they needed to bring a tiller in to level the ruts out. I asked him to just tell Eric to get in touch with me when someone could come back. No one has come back since. The next week we got rain, and the water issue was twice as bad. After checking, we found the drainage was put in, but it was run to the middle of the yard with a pile of dirt on it. So all the water is now running to the back of the house into the foundation. Then the asphalt driveway.....within 2 weeks there were indentations in the asphalt from the tires. I messaged Eric and sent pictures. He said we would take care of it. The next week I messaged him and told him we have grass growing in the asphalt. He said we would take care of it. I continued to message him a couple more times with no response. I reached out to get the company address or someone I could talk to to take care of this matter. Still no response. So my husband messaged him, and he said he would fix it. After a few more weeks with no response, my husband messaged again, and Eric replied there was no guarantee, but we will fix it. Still, no one has shown up. Surprisingly enough, I got a message from Eric last night that he will be here Friday to fix the driveway. I informed him I would like to know his plan of action to take care of their driveway and did not get a response. The asphalt has now sunk enough that it has mud coming through. When it rains, the sidewalk stays covered in asphalt as it just washes down. I have sought legal action, and my attorney has had me get estimates from reputable providers to take care of the issues. Upon calling Lexington Blacktop for a quote, they informed me they just had another lady call the week before for the same issue with an asphalt driveway. Imagine when I found out this lady used the same provider I did. She also got them from "Angi" And last of all, my receipts say Finish Line Paving, but my survey and listing are "Western Asphalt. Not sure what kind of scheme is going on here.

They do excellent! very much understanding! Would hire them!
