"Due to financial constraints of the client and in an attempt to be cost-effective we sealed the joint where the water intrusion was occurring in the basement. Our work was successful and held. If it anytime we feel our work leaked we would have responded immediately on a warranty call. Unfortunately, the water continued to come in other areas of the basement. We discussed below slab drainage systems and a sump comp which would have relieved the hydrostatic pressure under the floor. We provided a cost to do additional repairs where the water was coming in. The client chose not to pay for services to continue the Waterproofing. We hold customer satisfaction and quality of work to the highest importance in our company. The cost to come back out was at a greatly reduced rate. We cannot be reliable for areas which were not repaired. At the time of the inspection the water intrusion was only occurring at the area which we originally repaired"
