Western Construction Systems came out and did exceptional work at my house! They went above and beyond my expectations! They were friendly, professional, and hard-working! They took care of all the issues that I had concerns with and then some! Their prices were fair, especially for the high quality of work that they did! I know I pestered them with questions, but they were patient every single time. Before I contacted them to have the work done, I had high anxiety about the drainage issues. When they were finished, I felt confident that there were no more issues. Peace of mind is priceless!

I hired them to waterproof, install a larger sump pump, and repair the foundation. I was told there was a guarantee on their work (The job was, to me, large. It took 2 weeks and was over $30k). The sump pump was installed incorrectly, when it floated up it disconnected, turned sideways leaked out all the oil so the motor seized and had to be replaced. I called/started sending eMails early March 2020, I was sent an eMail that Tyler would be at my home at 3:30 on 3/20/20 and he no-showed. I have not received a response to any of my calls or emails since. Their customer service is nonexistent. I had to buy a new sump pump and hire a different company to install it.

I had a foundation issue that needed attention and called Ram-Jack whole told it would cost too much to fix the issue without giving me a figure. Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about the figure and was told that they decided they couldnt do it. No call to let me know that. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any foundation work done. I could not have been happier and the work they did was very affordable. Forget the "Big" guys as these guys can do what you need. Thank you. Hopefully I will experience no more foundation issues but if I do they will be the ones I hire.

Very thorough explanation when bid was made. They made sure that the interior of the house was not affected, put plastic down leading to the crawl space, and completely cleaned up afterwards. Showed pictures of what they'd done after completion. I'm comfortable that our home is now well protected against potential earthquake damage.

Excellent company. Kept proposed date of work, emailed reminder, called too. Nice clean-up, respectful workers.

The company cancelled the contract after a dispute and refunded the deposit over complaints over numerous broken appointments and failure to work in a timely manner

Juan did a great job. He was on time, very courteous and explained every part of the job he was doing. When he was finished he cleaned the entire area and even replaced the appliances to their original locations. Work looks great, both inside and outside the house!

I had a soaking wet floor in my finished basement. I hired Western Construction Systems to fix it. They came out charged me almost $3000 to put a 3" concrete patch along a portion of one wall and said that would fix it. In fact all it did was make it worse. It caused the water to pool up and flood even worse. When I called them to address the issue not even a week later they said it was a different problem and it would cost more to come out and put more concrete in. All that would do is move the problem again. Now I am working with a real company to take out what they did and fix it correctly. $$$ and time wasted and i would not recommend this company.

After agreeing to a contract I decided to remove 3/4 YD of dirt from work area to avoid the dirt being piled in adjacent areas by contractor.. I asked the project manager (David) to please consider this in the final payment. He ignored my request WOW.... I honored the contract. Otherwise, this company does good work, but very expensive for a really small job... I would use them for for the true nature of their work, but I would really take more time to consider the price.

Work included restoration of crawlspace with replacement of insullation and vapor barrier, and construction of a hatch to close. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely and professional manner. Good communication.

I understand that there is a lot of science that goes into structural repair. But, it's a little frustrating to pay $2225 for 45 min worth of work.

They were very willing to make our timeframe to work in their schedule by working on a Saturday to which they don't usually but they wanted help us get the job done asap. The workers was very professional and took their job serious!

Folks at Western Construction Systems were very professional and prompt. I felt they took our situation very seriously. They brought the needed resources in to stabilize our building literally overnight. I'm very pleased.
