Western Door and Trim is a top notch family-owned business. I hired them to install a frameless glass shower enclosure. I called them and received a call back that day. I spoke to Cliff and sent him a picture of my shower with approximate dimensions. He gave me a quote with different options and came over the next day to measure. I gave him a down payment and waited for the glass to be made. Cliff kept me informed of the progress and was at my house the next week installing it. From my initial contact until my shower enclosure was complete was 8 days. INCREDIBLE! The work was excellent and shower looks great. Cliff installed the enclosure himself. In contrast, I had hired another contractor to perform this service months prior. They had a salesman come out and give me quote, the installer come out at a later date to measure and secretary called me for my down payment. Almost three months went by as they gave me excuse after excuse. I requested my money back and was lucky enough to find Western Door and Trim. As a side note, Western Door and Trim was an excellent value as well; probably because they do not have 3 people doing the same thing Cliff did himself. You cannot go wrong with this company!
