Do not pay in full till ALL work is completed. Ryan will not come back and finish a driveway. We asked to just deliver the material and we would do the tractor work. That way he would not have to bring his tractor back. He wouldnâ t even do that. He charged us a lot of money and never offered to compensate my husband for all the work he did right beside Ryan. Clearing trees, chainsawing etc. His contract was for approximately two acres. We are substantially less than two acres. We paid him 31,000 . We should have kept back some till he came back. Lesson learned.
