Supposed to blow insulation in living room and kitchen but they only did half of living room room and cost me $1200

Replied to us immediately with questions & emailed us with an estimate within a half-hour. Gave us a day & time, weâ re here on time & done in 2+ hours. Cleaned up after themselves & Very friendly.

The whole experience from estimate to job completion was excellent. The team of employees are respectful, on time and efficient. The representative who came by my home to inspect my attic for the estimate was very knowledgeable and discussed, at length, the potential issues and solutions. The estimate he provided was slightly lower than others that I received, but the knowledge imparted by the representative was my deciding factor in selecting Western. When the crew showed up for the work, they were on time and discussed with me what was to happen. They worked quietly and were done in less than 2 hours. They showed me what they had done when done, and had taken photographs, that were sent to me later, of the before and after. My only suggestion would have been for them to vacuum up the insulation that had escaped the attic and was on the ground at one end of the house and on the carport. The volume was small enough that it was not a big issue for me and I was able to clean it up easily.

They did a great job. very clean and professional company. They installed sound batt insulation on top of acoustical ceilings. They were very neat and cleaned up what little debris was created.
