Western contacted me and did complete the job to my satisfation though we had a rough start.

Far price, great work, was on time for appointment. Wish more contractors were as professinal as Western Electircal. Also rate Service Magic highly for their recommendation.

Terry was fast and efficient. He was there when he said he would be there and was professional and competitive.

He fixed exactly what I needed fixed. He had a personal emergency the morning of our appointment but provided an explanation and rescheduled immediately. I actually arranged the work by phone and he surprised me by his flexibility in scheduling given my urgency. My nephew met him at the house and his comments were "Terry was very good. I would call him again." I'm just glad I hired a professional.

I was contacted within one hour of my service request and an appointment was set for 8:00 AM the next day. They arrived on time gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and proceeded to do the repairs and installations I needed done. The service man worked quickly and efficently, checking to make sure things were where I wanted them to be and cleaned up his work areas when he was finished. I have several other projects and will definitely use Western Electrical & Lighting Services again and recommend them to others.
