I'm a Realtor in the AV and had a problem with the HVAC in a vacant listing that's in escrow. Called Western around noon on a wet & cold Friday the 13th, never expecting to get anyone to come out on such short notice. In spite of the rain, wind and 45* temp, Bud from Western came out and took care of business. Was far more thorough than I had expected and did a great job. I'll definitely use Western again for our home... as well as recommend them to my Clients!

Western Equipment exceeded my expectation. Not only did they do everything they were hired to do but went above and beyond. A few days after installation of the new swamp cooler, I noticed there was water puddling under the unit. When I called to explain this, they sent someone almost immediately to adjust the float. This minor adjustment corrected the issue. The following day to my surprise the employee who originally installed the unit stopped by just to confirm the unit he installed was working as expected.
