"Dear Ms. Clare C., We are truly sorry that you were unhappy with our services and your recent tree damage. We had hoped to reach out to you in hopes of finding out how we could help with your gutters, but we could not locate a Clare C. in our records going back to Feb-2017 so we do apologize. Please know that our products are warrantied, so we would have been happy to address your concerns or repair any defects in our installations had we made contact. As for a downspout being on the wrong side, we sometimes need rains to let us know that an adjustment is needed. There would have been no charge to move your downspout or adjust your leveling. As for our delays, yes, we are typically heavily booked especially in gutter season. We do our best to inform our customers of our waiting list and that we could be anywhere from 2 to 4 months out, especially during our peak gutter season. We understand this is an inconvenience, but we are a small crew doing our best to meet the needs of our customers. We cannot change the delays but truly care about our workmanship and the quality of our products. It is very disheartening that we did not have an opportunity to communicate and resolve these concerns with you. We are also sorry that you have been unable to reach us directly. Our physical office has been closed since mid-March due to the virus, but we do have a forwarding number recorded on our voicemail to ensure customers can still reach us during this difficult time. Clearly a 1 star is very hurtful, especially during this virus crisis, and having lost our business in the Paradise Camp Fire.
