They contated me immediately and were able to get to the house that same evening. They did not have an additional charge for after hours. Very personable and professional. They did not have the part they needed to fixthe problem that evening but was able to get the part and get back the following morning to fix the problem. They also were able to temporarily get the furnace going so that my tenants did not have to be with out heat on a cold January night!!

As a 38 year employee retired from a local utility I was bowled over at the professionally astute and attentive service I received from Mike. Before even realizing the hyperlink was clicked my phone rang--I double-checked the screen to see I actually had. He promptly arrived at our agreed upon time from a previous call and was completely courteous and respectful. Having had the new Hi-E replacement boiler installed a few years ago, I was stunned at his immediately direct observation of the previous work and questionable piping of the heat runs which I'd uncharacteristically taken for granted all this time. As he continued his full assessment of the problems, issue after issue was made perfectly clear for me and the unit itself responded as heat returned to a normal cycling routine. Although the call was basically 3 hours, the bill was a dream come true. Some days you get the bear and somedays the bear gets you. Well, I was lucky -- I got the bear and the honey and I'm still staying warm. Great job!
