Was a little slow in returning my call, but the work was scheduled quickly and completed as planned. No follow-up problems.

They didn't do what we agreed upon. Wouldn't return phone calls or emails for weeks. Finally agreed to come out and finish the installation and stood me up without any phone call, email or apology. Wasted my time and my money. Buyer beware!

The company called me the next day to schedule an appointment for a garage door spring replacement. They gave a wide range of price for the service ($200-300), while other companies I called were able to give an estimate (around $240) based on the door size, and type of door information. By accident, I call the owner of the company thinking it was a different company and got a fixed estimate. The dispatcher honored this price. The repairman was prompt and did the work quickly after offering a "door overhaul" for $695, and a new door starting at $1500. Get a firm est. before booking to avoid a $300+ bill.

The service provider was courteous and fixed the problem quickly; I would recommend this company anytime. I'm very pleased with the results.

They did not finish job. They did not install lag bolts in holes they drilled in a brace they installed.

Great!! The contractor immediately knew the problem and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He was very kind and understanding since it was a minor "project" but had to charge basic fee. Gave us discount since project was simple repair. Only one comment - appointment time was like cable installation appointment. It was between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Contractor came few minutes before 2 pm. Why make customer wait 4 hours? Make appointment for set time and if contractor can't make it or can arrive early, have him/her call customer.
