Western Pest Services works with our team at our apartment complex, and we just wanted to shoutout Keith Bakula for the work he’s done at our community. Keith worked with us for over a year, and he did a tremendous job in all aspects of pest control. He was always on time, always did a thorough job with the tasks we asked of him, and he made so many improvements throughout our community. Keith doesn’t just want to get rid of the pest, he solves it while also suggesting anything he can that will solve the issue for good. We are incredibly thankful for his time at our location!

We had a HUGE hornets nest that had been built up the last four months, and once we finally noticed it, we needed it removed ASAP!! The customer service was friendly, the response was within two days, and the technician removed the nest with care and precision.
