They should be more up front that the initial person who will be coming to your house is basically a salesman, and not a technician who will actually help you with your problem. That said the technician was courteous, answered all my questions and was on-time for my appointment. They seem to have done excellent work, I just wish we could streamline the process a bit.

Western Pest contacted me immediately after I made my inquiry on Homeadvisor which told me that they wanted my business. Daniel contacted me & came out within 24 hours to assess the situation with the wasp nest that hung outside my 2nd floor bedroom window & provide me with an estimate. Compared to other companies, Western offered the best quote. The technician came on time as scheduled, treated & removed the nest, & came back the next morning as promised to clear any remaining fragments. I will definitely be using Western Pest again if needed!
