The service was very prompt and the explanation of the process was informative. I'm glad my enormous bee hive problem is resolved.

My local Western Pest does a poor job of communicating when they’re coming to my home to spray. I have an annual contact and they are supposed to spray quarterly, inside and outside. Many times they show up when I’m not there so they only spray the outside of my home.

Despite servicing my unit at Plymouth Gardens for months, the technician never identified several obvious entry points, including holes under my kitchen sink and near my bathroom vanity, which I found myself. Photos of these missed entry points are attached. Additionally, despite documented, ongoing mouse activity in my apartment — droppings found in my bathroom, closet, and on my bed one week, and again in my bathroom and kitchen the following week — the technician's reports to Plymouth Township stated "no activity," citing full bait boxes as the basis. I personally showed him fresh droppings on each visit. Western is contracted directly through the property management company, and given that these inaccurate reports happened to favor the interests of the company paying for the contract, it raises real questions about whether this reporting was influenced by that relationship rather than reflecting the actual conditions in my apartment. This raises serious concerns not just about one technician's accuracy, but about the integrity of this company as a whole — particularly given that this reporting was relied upon in an active code enforcement matter. I would not recommend Western Exterminators to anyone who needs honest, reliable pest control documentation.

Purchasing a new home often presents many unknown factors in addition to the apparent ones. In my case, things are going well with the exception of seeing several centipedes—which totally freak me out! After the third time, I decided to have a pest control agency come to my rescue. I really don’t like any creepy crawlers, but these thousand-leggers are the worst. I did a search, and Western Pest Services was one of the top three companies I interviewed and subsequently hired. And I’m so glad I did! Their price was competitive with similar services, but the personnel I interacted with were the absolute best. I can’t say enough good things about the technician who came to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and told me he had been with the company for 31 years. That in itself speaks volumes about him and the company. After only the first visit, I know Western Pest Services will be taking care of all my exterminating needs for a long time.

They should be more up front that the initial person who will be coming to your house is basically a salesman, and not a technician who will actually help you with your problem. That said the technician was courteous, answered all my questions and was on-time for my appointment. They seem to have done excellent work, I just wish we could streamline the process a bit.

They gave fast service to remove the hornets nest but had to return a second time. There are still reminats of the hive I would have liked removed

Western Pest contacted me immediately after I made my inquiry on Homeadvisor which told me that they wanted my business. Daniel contacted me & came out within 24 hours to assess the situation with the wasp nest that hung outside my 2nd floor bedroom window & provide me with an estimate. Compared to other companies, Western offered the best quote. The technician came on time as scheduled, treated & removed the nest, & came back the next morning as promised to clear any remaining fragments. I will definitely be using Western Pest again if needed!
