The young man came, checked out my stove, and found the leak within 10 minutes. He was amazingly efficient, and took care of this troubling gas leak lighning fast. Checked all around to be sure there were no other problems. Very pleasant, and professional. I contacted them the night before, they came by 10am the next day. I have great peace of mind knowing I no longer smell gas, and will rest better tonight due to their fast, efficient service. Thank you Western Plumbing,LLC!

My plumber replaced a flange so that I could reinstall my toilet. After new flooring was installed. He did a great job and gave me an idea of how much a few other plumbing projects might cost.

He had my drain cleaned out in 30 minutes

This work was overly expensive. The hose from a new toilet shutoff valve to the toilet tank was not secured properly at the tank and I had to secure a new hose and install it. The new house shutoff valve was installed at a 90 degrees difference than the old one so that now instead of being able to use a long tool that I made to turn the the handle I will now have to reach back with my arm to turn the valve on and off if necessary. At 86 years old that may be a bit difficult. The install itself seems to have been very good.

Josue arrived early & was very professional. Snaking out the drains was a difficult job due to some small turns in the plumbing. Josue was very good at analyzing the problem & ultimately got everything unclogged. I recommend both Western Plumbing LLC & Josue for their timely response & determination to complete a difficult job with a smile on his face.

Speedy, professional, courteous service. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Josue. And I felt like the repair cost was fair and reasonable for such a quick turnaround time. Western Plumbing was the first to respond to my request for service, and they came out first thing the next morning after my 3:00am request on Angi. Before (White 1/2" PEX)/after (Red 3/4" PEX). I will definitely call Western Plumbing for my next repair or upgrade project.

I am very pleased with the speedy, courteous, professional and reasonably priced service. Leak was at the main service line where it terminates inside the house just beneath the house shut off valve. I already had the slab concrete opened up from a previous handyman repair 10 years ago. I'm glad I did not patch the slab following that repair, as I knew the handyman's Sharkbite connection would likely fail eventually. Western Plumbing Plumber's name is Josue. Rick kept me updated on the job progress. Western Plumbing got the drainage blockages cleared in two major areas (which previously a local plumbing company wasn't able to do, but charged $250). Secondary, they saved the rental property owner a lot of money. I fully trust this company whose professionalism and expertise are tops!

Really happy with the job. Replaced an outside faucet with a more substantial faucet and replaced three bathroom faucets. Would like to use the company in the future.

I was very impressed and thankful for the quick response. The technician did a great job and was very polite and took care of any trash as well as cleaned up the work area. He explained what he was doing and showed me the plumbing problem. He estimated 3 hours and was done in about 2 hours. I would definitely use Western Plumbing again.
