"Stephen this is exactly correct in the assessment. But to our credit, to which you give nothing, we stood up to our obligation. Instead of saying so sorry, we took full responsibility. Now Stephen is enjoying a well-built and beautiful new deck. Western Property Services took a $3,000.00 dollar loss on his job. It would have been less costly to us to just give his deposit back and send him back to zero. But we stood up to our obligations and agreement. Now we have a half star rating and you have a beautiful deck. Ratings rarely tell the whole story. If you are looking for perfection we are not your company, but if you want integrity and honesty in business don't let this review scare you."
"This review is baffling. Debra admits that we were professional and helpful, even thanking us for being so. We upgraded her old roof to an impact resistant system, at no additional cost above her insurance pay and left her with enough money to upgrade her shed which was a desire of hers. So the Value for Money down grade is not accurate. Her roof was done in a timely manner and property attention paid to clean up around her house. 4.1 stars is a bit unfair."
