They did a beautiful job! It took them some time to do the final touches but the overall work is of excellent quality.

Their representative was top notch, their product was the best, based on my research, their installation was done in about a weeks time, the installers were very willing to help with related projects like installing the flashing for two solar tube skylights, and they did a thorough job of cleaning up when the project was finished. This is one of the best experiences that I have had on a major home project. They specialize in stone on steel metal roofing which I believe is the only way to go when replacing a shake or shingle roof on an older house such as mine. which were not engineered to take the weight of a concrete or tile roof.

Roof installation delayed two days due to truck breakdowns; Actual installation took longer than figured, final roof looks great; but have some concern about the edge treatment allowing water to get under the shingles.... All together, very satisfied with the job, will have to wait through the winter snows...

Final appearance is very clean and attractive; I do have some reservations about the method of finishing the edges of the metal shake shingles as the material was flattened more than necessary to achieve the shingle edge. Also, there is no overhang of the formed shingle edge to prevent water from entering under the shingle along the flashing strip. Will have to watch for possible water leakage.

Lead time promised was 6 weeks. Actual lead time to begin project was over 3 months. Proposed length of installation 1-2 days. Actual install to date is over five weeks and the job is still not complete. Forgot rain gutters were in contract therefore didn't order. Waiting on fabrication/installation of gutters. Promised a professional opinion on a separate roofing issue if we signed our contract. Have yet to receive opinion and that was MONTHS ago.

I will never ever use these people again! They contacted me and arrived promptly to take my down payment, then dodged call after call only to give excuse after excuse then sent over a crew of incompetent morons that had no idea how to do the work, only to hold up the work of the stucco crew and the drywall crew!!!..... What was supposed to take two weeks took nine.... The price of nine thousand dollars for a 13'x 22' copper roof seems a little steep, but I was willing to pay it for prompt Quality service.
