Very friendly, and helpful. Came early and took an hour at the most to repair my hot water heater.

Ben is a rare find in the world of service professionals. He is very honest and has the highest integrity. I was trying to resolve a hot water tank issue for my parents and he was extremely helpful even though we did not end up requiring his services. When we needed to replace our 24 yr old hot water tank he took the time to understand our situation, explained all the options along with their pros and cons, provided bids for each option and was very patient answering all our questions. Once we made our choice he was able to complete the work a few days later when it fit our schedule for the exact bid he had provided us. As a small business owner customer satisfaction is very important to him, and he exceeded all our expectations. He even fixed another problem for a very fair price while he was here that we had forgotten to mention ahead of time. Overall we could not have been more satisfied!

Ben "showed up" at our home on time. He is super knowledgeable on not only water heater installs, but general plumbing do's/don't. He has all the right tools, and even extra parts I didn't realize I needed to do the job right. I was also very impressed in how he was the first company to recommend right off the bat for going with a 50 gal tank with "mixing valve" to get the extra volume of hot water we needed, instead of spending an extra $1,000 to install a 75g tank which would require larger 4" venting pipe be installed. Very impressed. Very satisfied... and glad we went with Western Water Heater, would not hesitate recommending this company to any friend or neighbor!
