Very prompt, friendly and efficient.

These guys were pretty good. They came pretty promptly, and setting up an appointment was pretty easy. They do charge 85 dollars just to come out to your house so its not super cheap, and even though they claim the money covers labor and most small repairs I ended up spending a lot more. They were not super up-front about the costs of the parts they charged me for either, but in all I don't attribute that to suspicious business practices, but instead less than stellar communication. They got the job done, and even though the refrigerator is still not perfect, I think its the refrigerators fault.

Jim called almost immediately and was here within the hour. He was extremely friendly and professional. I was having problems with my dishwasher and he located the problem quickly and repaired it. Unlike others, Jim only charged me for the work he proformed. I know there are others who charge just to come to your house and then charge for repairs (some necessary and some not). I would definitely tells others about Western Appliance (as I have already). Needless to say, I would most assurely use them in the future. They have a customer for life.

The repair person came out and performed the inteded repair. He had recommendations for further plumbing work which he called me about a week later.

Western Appliance was very good - the tech repaired my washing machine.

I was extemely dissatisfied. I felt that they misled me about their prices and service call cost (they said that their service call would be refunded once they started the repair). This wasn't true. To make matters worse, they called me to tell me that they didnt want me to be unhappy, so would tear up my check. When I got my bank statement, they had in fact cashed the check! Completely DISHONEST!!

Rather than order parts which would have been expensive, he instructed us to cut the power which reset the applaince.

James Farber is an experience appliance repair person. He was at my home in 15 minutes, to tell me why water come from the water dispenser. The reason condensation.

Could not locate module on my Viking cooktop. Needed skematic to locate the item. Hired another repair person.

Responded well to Service Magic request, but still a problem with one of the appliances, 2 reschedules weren't kept. Very friendly and courteous.

I requested a line to be run from the water supply directly behind the refigerattor to the ice maker about 1 1/2 feet. I was quoted a price and accepted when they gave me the bill they tried to charge me $50. extra for the line. The workers were very nice the people at the office were not

The dishwasher was installed on a Friday morning and worked properly at first trial but didn't function after half an hour. Called to get it fixed and left couple of messages.By Monday @ 11 am still no respond from Western Appliances. Western Appliances didn't accept to come over and fix the problem. They claimed that our Bosch dishwasher must be broken before the move. This is a 1 year old maschine. We had to call Bosch certified service and pay $100.00. Apparently the water wasn't turned on. We do not recommend Western Appliances to other homeowners because they are not willing to follow up on the job they do.
