Westro Home Services, LLC

Had an overwhelming amount of weeding to do and they took care of it in like an hour! Very friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with the work they did and will definitely go back to them!

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They were very professional. Communication with me was great. The job itself was done very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely use them again next year.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Nate’s outstanding winterization service deserves recognition. Compared with the service I used last year, Nate was professional, thorough, punctual, and pleasant to work with. He communicated clearly, explained the process and results at each station, and discussed the appropriate PSI levels based on the valve gaskets’ durability. What impressed me most was his patience and kindness. My husband has Alzheimer’s and sometimes needs extra time to communicate. Nate listened attentively and responded with genuine respect and understanding. I’ll absolutely use Nate’s service again for spring activation. Two thumbs up for his professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion. Highly recommended!

A+ Professional and knowledgeable experience. I had an initial phone call with the representative who explained the process and the equipment to be used. I was able to have my questions answered with the Westro Home Services representative. Next day availability was confirmed. Before the irrigation system work began, the representative met with me at home to again explain the whole process and walk me through the process for my irrigation water management system. The 2 man crew completed the winterization shutdown quickly. Then the representative once again explained the work they completed with photographs.

Nate at Westro Home Services was great! He was very communicative. He sent photos and videos of every step of his sprinkler repair work. Knock the job out in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm beyond happy with the work Westro provided! There was a bit of a misunderstanding initially, but the team quickly made things right and followed up to take care of everything. Their commitment to 100% satisfaction was truly shown by their actions. They followed up quickly, professionally, provided high quality and made sure everything was done right. I worked directly with Nate, and he was excellent from start to finish. His communication was outstanding, and he made me feel like my home and my satisfaction with the work truly mattered. Tyson did the hands-on work and was very knowledgeable, on time, professional and followed through on everything promised. Both Nate and Tyson were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Westro for any future work. My review of their work and client services is definitely a 5 Star. Thank you Amanda

They did a good job.

On time, quick and knowledgeable! Project was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Already recommended to a friend.

Great work. Tyson was professional and takes pride in his work.

We needed tint on just one large window. Not a big job but they responded just like it was a big job. Courteous, professional and hard working. They also do landscaping and they will provide us a quote on that also. Really helpful, definitely recommend!

Was super happy with the service!
