Westshore Roofing was the low bidder from several companies. The project was estimated at one week and took exactly that long. They also installed gutter screens, which help keeping the leaves out of the gutters. I would hire them again for another roofing job.

Removal of old roof was completed and cleaned up in less than 3 hours. Excellent materials used for new roof; efficient.

Professional, efficient, timely, and finished my roof as stated in their contract. I knew what was going on all the time. They cleaned up after each days work - and left me with a beautiful roof. I would recommend them every time.

Acceptable workmanship. Courteous employees willing to please. Job took a little longer than expected. There were several days of lag time where no one showed up prior to job completion.

Paul is extremely professional and thorough with his estimating. There was a little difficulty in communication with others in the office, but nothing significant. The crew was very quick and thorough. We are happy with the overall job they did...and the price was right.

We are very please with results and are especially impressed that any questions or problems were taken care of right away. The new roof is beautiful. Thank you for a job well done !

Very fast! Looks great. Answered all my questions especially my concerns about dry-rot repair and ventilation methods.

Overall good experience.

There seemed to be a disconnect between the estimator and actual roofing company, the roofers were unwilling to sign up for what the estimator had quoted and had changed the materials without revising the quote. Workmanship was mediocre at best, a lot of gaps in the flashing, a lot of the flashing ended abruptly. Basically a very unfinished look in some areas. Requests were made to address these visual flaws with absolutely no response from the roofers.

The roofers accomadated my request and were very understanding when I had to reschedule days before my scheduled installation date because of other projects interferring with my new roof being installed. The roofers worked worked quickly and responded to my concerns withiun days. I am very hapy and satisfied with the work.

The installation went well. I would have liked a better clean up after the install. In spite of the magnetic sweep for nails...there were still lots lying around...I hand picked out about 20-30 after they left. I had to do that after I got 2 flat tires (ouch :-() The roof looked very good after the install...so very happy about that.

I highly recommend Paul Fowler and Westshore Roofing. We replaced our wood shake with decor steel tile in terra cotta. Workmanship, value, courteousness, cleanup and appearance were outstanding; Permits and lien releases were no problem. I had estimates from 4 contractors, went to see roofs they had done, visited suppliers to learn about roof products, and surfed the web for more info. Paul won my confidence. He estimated my roof in several products and options, and patiently answered 1000 questions reasonably and consistently. In the end I understood my purchase. My wife and I are really very pleased with our new roof.

I thought Westshore Roofing did an excellent job. Communication was a little off because the workers would say they'd be back the next day and they didn't come. But, during my job we had 100 degree temps so that got in the way. But overall, they were great and I definately would use them again!

Got a metal roof put it. The quality of work they did is good. They put full batten system and they made valleys are tight. I can clearly see that the work done is very professional and good. However, due to skylights the work got prolonged a lot more than it should. I had to call them several times to check the status and see to it that they are on top of it. That was very frustrating. Anyways, I'm happy that, when all said and done, I have a good roof and it looks great.

The whole project went very smoothly from start to finish, except for one thing - no one told us that the mess from the roof would come through into the garage, and what a mess it was! They cleaned it up, but they should've taken steps to have prevented the mess in the first place. The rest of the house was clean - it was just the garage where mis-communication occurred. I would (and have) recommended Westshore Roofing to others, but would encourage you to talk through what mess will happen where.

The team did not clean up after themselves and nails were left all around the exterior of the house and in the garage..it has taken them 2 months two come back and complete a couple missed punch items and I still have one outstanding. Paul is great...I wish his crew was as meticulas as he is.

The timeline provided was not met. They double charged my credit card without approval and took a week for them to clear it up. I had to have them come out 3 times to complete the job. When I signed the contract I was told everything would be done is less then a week. It took almost a month to complete the job.

Communications with office was poor. Billing was a nightmare. Work and timeliness of job was good.
