I’m just getting around to writing this review because I’ve been enjoying my kitchen updates so much since the work was completed this past fall. Westside Building and Restoration did an excellent job from start to finish. The project included multiple kitchen updates, and the quality of the craftsmanship is evident every day. Everything was done with care, attention to detail, and a clear respect for my home. The crew was professional, reliable, and easy to have in the house. Communication throughout the project was strong, and the owner was especially pleasant and understanding when I requested a few unplanned changes along the way. Even with those changes, the job was completed ahead of schedule, which says a lot about how well the project was managed. Since the main project wrapped up, I’ve already called them back for smaller, odd jobs like fixing trim and stair rails, and the experience has been just as positive. It’s been great having a contractor I can trust and comfortably call back when things come up. I’ll absolutely be working with Westside Building and Restoration again and plan to have them back in the spring to paint my hallway. Highly recommend.

Our storm door recently nearly flew off the base due to strong winds in our area. My husband called and they sent a repairman within 24 hours. I was working, but could hear Mike set up and get to work. He was diligent and precise. I say this because the initial installation was done by Lowe's and it was done poorly. I wanted Mike and team to know not only did you repair our door but actually reworked someone's mess. EXCELLENT! We are very appreciative. Thank you so much.

Westside recently removed an ice dam that had water leaking into our house. His team came quickly and removed the dam and ice. We then requested they further insulate our attic. They did a great job. They also installed roof heating wires to prevent further ice dams. Workers and owner Alan were very courteous and informed. I highly recommend this company.

I had a few pieces of siding missing.I couldn't find the color that could match.Alan came out and did an estimate found the color and jose was able to get it done in one day. I would use them again Ted

They remodeled my old kitchen that was just falling apart now I have a new kitchen that is so beautiful these guys really know how to make something look so good and know how to go about shopping for your remodel supplies my new cabinets look amazing

Even though they send you a work order to sign. They added wtuff to it and tried to bill us 25% more for work I never needed or asked for. Very disappointed in the end. Too bad, started out very promising.
