The work was done well, however Cesar the person that came to my house failed many times. He had the wrong information when he showed up at my house. He measured wrong even after I told him the square footage . when the bill was due Cesar called me . He did not ask if I had received a bill, he just told me that if I did not pay the bill soon they would put a lean on me . I informed him that he should try sending me a bill and see what happens. Invoice sent bill paid. I am happy with the work but not with the reprehensive of this company. I will not use them in the future nor will I recommend them to any one I know . I would like to say the guy's that installed my insulation did an outstanding job. Very happy with there work .

Westside Drywall was the only firm willing to do what I requested, which was to repair and not replace under-floor insulation. As a result, their price was much lower. An added bonus was that they could schedule the job in a few days instead of a few weeks or months.

Closed cell spray foam

Westside was able to accommodate my project schedule. The guys that came to do the work were respectful of me and my property. The work was completed as contracted and they thoroughly cleaned up the job site when they were done.

I requested an AM installation as I had other contractors scheduled to be in the house later in the day. Installers arrived in early PM hours, able to work with them has other contractors arrived early, thus was able to get them working on their project. All in all, Westside Dry wall was easy to work with , very focused and efficient on site, and did a good job protecting the site to avoid insulation spreading to other areas. Were in and out in less than 2 hours for an attic re-insulation project

The Oregon Energy Trust guy was here at the same time, and said the crews had to do substantial work in the attic to repair fan ducts. From all the sawing and hammering I heard, it sounds like quite a bit got fixed up there. It was nice that the Energy Trust guy knew insulation jobs so well and provided reassurances that everything he saw was being done correctly. I'm not going to crawl under the house to see the new vapor barrier and new pipe insulation, have to count on their reputation and good word for that part of the job.

Spray foam crew very knowledgeable and efficient. Other crew very helpful. Great installation. Management needs to better communicate with crews to make sure everyone knows what to install to eliminate confusion.

The quote was good and done in a timely manner. The spray foam was a noticeable difference when we got home from the heat being off all day during the installation. The crew was neat and professional. They answered all my questions and left the house very clean.

The estimator was very knowledgeable on product and energy credits/rebates. Westside did the paperwork for the Oregon Energy Trust rebate. The installation crew was professional and fast, used appropriate safety protection, and cleaned up after the job.

They provided a thorough evaluation of our needs vs costs and recommended a cost effective solution. They were prompt for the estimate and for the implementation. The crew not only did an excellent job of the work but cleanup. Quite a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend them for your insulation needs.

they were hard to get awhole of to begin with, but once we talked with them the job was done the next day.

Correy came out to do an estimate on insulating the attic. He also checked the walls on the main floor, and to my surprise there wasn't any insulation there in this old house.He wrote up an estimate, and to my surprise it wasn't going to be too expensive, It would pay off to have a warmer house with less energy use. A few days later the crew came out to blow some insulation in the attic and wall cavities on the main floor. They were proffesional and did a good job. The job took a day and 1/2. When they were done I set the thermostat to 65, and discovered it was too warm in the front room. So I know it's made a difference.

Westside Drywall project representative, (Corey) did everything he said he would do and found additioinal minor issues that he took care of at no extra charge. Example, replaced ducts from an unknown leaky dryer ventalition system. He represented his company professionally.
