I had a missing section of siding on a new home I purchases and also some broken siding in other places. I had some left over siding and they were able to repair the broken sections and the missing section to where it looks like it was never missing or damaged. Great work, I would hire them again.

We had our 30 year old deck restored and they really did a great job. Half way through the job I made a change to our request and they didn t miss a beat. From the friendly voice that answers the phone and stays in touch throughout the job, the experienced owner who estimates and manages the job and the carpenters and painters who do quality work you can trust Westside to do an excellent job.

At first we were unsure what to expect since they were one of the few that dealt with aluminum siding. The owner looked over the job and was confident about fixing the problem. The crew came when scheduled and did a great job at a fair price.

The owner came and gave us a price to do the deck work requested. I signed a contract and gave them a check for 50% of the cost. When their first worker came, together we discovered additional work needed to be done. An estimate was emailed. The estimate gave a figure for labor. No breakdown as to how much the labor was an hour. I signed the proposal/contract and emailed it back. When the work continued, additional work was needed but not to the extent as the first revised work order. Instead of my signing a new proposal/contract, the worker continued to work. I then got a phone call from Westside informing me how much the additional work would cost. I told them it was too expensive (again no breakdown of hours and the rate). The additional work for the second time was much less than the first yet they wanted to charge a similar amount for labor. I told them that I was expecting a new contract. When I said the amount was too much, they threatened to pull the worker off the project. Keep in mind, that the remaining balance (before the 2nd additional work) was more than 85% paid. Yet they were going to leave my deck with unfinished work and not stained. After some arguing we agreed on a much lower price for the extra work. Be VERY careful when hiring them. Also note that when I offered to mail the check to them, they said they do not accept payment by mail. The owner wanted to travel to my residence to pick up the check. That raised a red flag. Their website doesn't have a physical address nor does their business card. A final note: The worker (Bucky) was very nice and worked hard. It's the ownership that is the problem.

Very efficient

Ours was a small job to repair and replace some siding that had blown off the top of the front of our house. The customer service was very pleasant and the job was done quickly and efficiently. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Estimate was given promptly. Only delay was due to vendor delay in delivering new door. Once the work was scheduled, the repair technician arrived promptly and completed the job in short time. Bucky was very professional, courteous and left no debris when the job was finished. This is the second time I've used Westside and I won't hesitate to call then again when the need arises.

The work was completed in a expeditious and timely manner. The two employees who came to the house were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained exactly what the solution to the problem was, how they were going to accomplish it, and what steps they had taken along the way. They were also very consientious of not inconveniencing anyone in the house with where they parked. A wonderful experience.

Westside was very professional, prompt, and did a great job! I live in an older home and the stair made a lot of noise. Westside was able to pull the stair apart and repair them without damaging to any of the drywall. I have also contracted them to do another project in my home next month.

The owner of the business, came out for the estimate, and was very professional, prompt and courteous. The price for the job was very reasonable. The two men who did the work were prompt, courteous, and finished the project (replacing some damaged siding, and repairing an attic vent) very quickly. As far as I can tell they seem to have done a thorough job.

Because we had a very small project, we waited a couple of months to have our project scheduled (we understood). But, we were extremely happy with the work done. The crew was very thorough and responsive.

I think the quality of the work is excellent, but I'm not a contractor so how can I be sure? Customer service is excellent with this company. Candi handles the phone and emails. She is wonderfully pleasant and knowledgeable. Alan arrived for my estimate appointment on time, as did Jose when the work needed to be completed. I'm not sure about the value for the money. The other contractors I called for estimates didn't show at their appointed times so I have no idea what someone else would have charged. I asked Jose at the end of the visit if any other jobs needed to be done on my gutters. He pointed out a few things and I asked him to get me an estimate for them. On time, professional, clean, hard working, even in the August heat! I will use this company again and refer them to friends.
