Owner Douglas was a pleasure to work with. We had many projects he completed for us. Reconstructing the outside concrete steps into our home, repairing an upstairs deck and remediating a drainage issue that was occurring from the gutters. He replaced and painted all the rotted wood siding at the front of the house. There is no project too big or too small for Douglas - he is responsive, reliable and his work was priced fairly. He also completed the job within the time frame quoted. We highly recommend him for any of your home repair or renovation projects.

Douglas is dependable. When he says he will come, he comes. He works very hard. He is courteous and knows what he is doing. We had a serious water seepage problem in our basement. He installed a perimeter drain plus sump pump, with exterior drainage away from the house. So far, we have had no problems. His work is guaranteed.

Super responsive, hard-working, efficient professionals. Douglas was a pleasure to work with, he was honest, his pricing was competitive and the work speaks for itself. He fixed the problems that we had with the basement, he fully renovated the 500+ square feet living space, he completely waterproofed the entire house foundation structure from the inside. Very professional, flexible to adapt and fix newly-identified issue with the wall, and overall in the end the project was done on-time, on-budget, and with the entire list of changes completed. Will hire again!
