Whalen Plumbing & Heating

Can't say enough good things about Whalen Plumbing and Heating. Our tankless water heater was giving us inconsistent temperatures and error codes, and they made the fix painless. They showed up on time, asked what we'd noticed before touching anything, and clearly know these units inside and out. They flushed and descaled the heat exchanger, cleaned the inlet filter, and checked the venting and connections, explaining everything in plain English with no pressure to upsell. They were respectful of our home and left the area cleaner than they found it. Pricing was fair and matched the quote exactly. Since the visit, our hot water has been steady and the unit runs quieter than it has in a long time.

Pretty much the best plumbing service around. Quality work and reasonably priced. Eversource locked out my gas meter due to a leak, Whalen plumbing had me up and running in less than 24hrs including pulling permits and have the inspector scheduled to sign off on everything. Couldn?t be happier with the turnaround on that project.

Ryan was very prompt. He took the extra step of checking with our town water supplier when another contractor told us our town water would be damaging to a tankless water heater. He also adjusted his estimate when we received a lower quote for part of the work we needed done. Thank you, Ryan!

Prompt and professional

Ryan and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, fast and the price was fair. They were available right away to fix my water heater issue. Great communication, honestly went above and beyond what we were expecting. We highly recommend them.

Ryan was easy to deal with. He is very busy which is understandable, we communicated well. Could have used some more communications but that is me. He gave me a great price and completed the work on time and per the schedule we agreed upon. They do great work. Some issues on the back end that we resolved amicably but had to do some back and forth which rubbed me the wrong way. Overall I am satisfied.

I will keep this Whalen in my home directory as my go to for my plumbing and heating projects. They were so incredibly easy to work with. They came in ahead of schedule and got right to work. You would never know they were here except they left me with a bright shiny new water heater and fixtures. Both men were very professional and great to talk to. I will recommend Whalen to anyone that asks. I wish them the best!

Great on-time service. Friendly and explained what they were doing for future knowledge

Whalen plumbing is extremely professional. They were able to squeeze me in without delay. They put the customers needs first. They are extremely fair and reasonable. I had an issue with the Y joints connecting my washing machine and a leak that started. I am very inexperienced with this kind of thing and although the issue was small, Whalen came relatively quickly to help out even though they didnâ t stand to make a lot of money on the job. They were able to fix it super efficiently and with great care. They did not charge me much for this at all. Honest business.

Whalen Plumbing and Heating was amazing to work with. Very professional, great team, and fantastic work.

I hired Whalen Plumbing to replace a defunct tanked hot water heater at my recently purchased home with a new high efficiency Navien unit in addition to a few other minor plumbing and gas fitting repairs. Ryan and his crew were excellent in both communication and quality of work. I plan on using them for all future plumbing/hvac projects! Highly recommended.

Great work, great communication and great pricing. Whalen Plumbing was awesome and I will be using them again!

My new boiler had a gas valve break. WHALEN was fast to respond. He gave me a great price quote and my hot water was up and working in no time. Keeping him on call for future work especially since im redoing my kitchen and need a garbage disposal placed.
