I asked them to clean the gutter after they finished, I had a look and I have found the debris as it is ... and the water does not run smoothly. they came late around 20 minutes.

"Sorry to hear about that Emil. Our appointment times are estimates, we can NOT guarantee that we WILL be somewhere right when we say we will. The best we can do is be there within the hour and we were. You were extremely rude to us when we tried to explain that your front gutter was too small and not sloped at all. I tried to sell you a new downspout and install it in the area of the gutter that is holding water but you were fixated on a little bit of debris that was still in the gutter. This debris was extremely difficult to remove because of the water that was not draining for you, and we had already cleaned 6 five gallon buckets full of debris."

Called D&Z Gutters for repair to gutter covers that had blown off during severe storm. Dakota was very quick to respond to my online inquiry via telephone. Once we talked about the job, he and another gentleman showed up the next day as planned and quickly completed the work at a fair price. Cleaned up after the work was completed and cleared some leaves that had accumulated in the valley of the roof where I could not get to. I would recommend their services to my neighbors.
