I will start this off by saying Owen is a friendly, hard working person and he does communicate a lot. However, we did have some issues with his services. I purchased the deep cleaning for the flat rate of 240.00. At best, I received a standard cleaning. The baseboards were not done, the floors were cleaned with a dust mop just in the main areas (master bathroom not cleaned, other bathrooms had pieces of paper and dust in the corners), and hair left on counters and tables, and the counters had streaks on them. I will say, however, the back sliding glass door looked immaculate. There were multiple instances where I would see on our indoor camera Owen?s partner would open our drawers and move things around and look through them. That wasn?t part of the scheduled cleaning. Also, at one point, they opened our refrigerator checking to see ?what we had to eat,? at which point they ate some things while sitting on our couch.Overall, I do not believe that the money charged was worth the stress

"We opened the fridge and cleaned inside as a gift which was not part of what customer paid for. Customer home was quoted as $360 discounted to $240. Customer wanted a cheaper price with home badly in need of professional cleaning. Totally unfair giving me a 20% star rating. I included blinds dusted and patio sliding glass doors in and out. What A Maid LLC guarantees all work with no charge return to complete tasks questioned and was not even asked. What A Maid LLC dba What A Maid fully insured."

Owen is very thorough. Our houses is over 3000 square feet, with 3 cats. He cleans weekly, and I have very little cleaning in between to take care of. We've had this service for over 2 years. Highly recommended.

Owen Wilson was absolutely delightful. He was punctual, efficient and went over and above our expectations. We were extremely happy with our cleaning experience. He and his associate paid attention to detail in cleaning our bathrooms and were very gracious to use our cleaning products to complete the job. We will definitely be using his service again.
