I sought out three other guys for this job .Whatcom Tree was the LAST tree co. we called on a fluke as one of the Tree salesman worked with my husband at Costco. Tim called and set an appt. for the following day. I was impressed by his expertise and his crews thorough and quick work. The sales guy was a pro at letting us know his limitations and shuttle us to his manager Tim. Great work came in 200 or so higher than the others but well worth it. I filmed the entire fall on my drone. I was pleased & referred them to my colleagues at WWU.

They showed up on time , did the job and cleaned up without any damage.

9 workers showed up to trim our trees. They were professional and got the job done quickly. They did a great job on the trees and cleaned up everything. We would use them again and recommend their services.

The workers were friendly, helpful, and did a good job. My only problem was getting when they were coming tacked down.

We were incredibly impressed by the teamwork and safety demonstrated by their crew. This could be dangerous work if people did not work together. They went the extra mile on our property and left it better than we expected. I would hire them again without a doubt.

Excellent crew! All worked very well together. Communication between crew chief, staff and myself was excellent while cutting my monster Laurel hedges and Cedars. Clean up amazing! New and latest equipment. Leg me a nice pile of wood chips for my garden. Would hire them again!

They are actually very good. I had them do work on my property, but I am not living there now, my sister is. They did a great job but missed one tree that was in the estimate and walk through. Other than that, they were great.

Whatcom Tree Service was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Called back within 10 minutes and we're at my house 30 minutes later to give me a quote. I was so impressed with their promptness and their quote, I hired them to do my emergency work. The crew arrived to do the work and I continued to be impressed. They had a good sized crew that worked very responsibly and cleanly. They strapped themselves in prior to getting on my frosty roof. After chipping all the cut branches, they swept my driveway. Again I was surprised and impressed. I hired them to come back the next day to cable up my remaining trees. This part wasn't covered by insurance but I considered doing this may prevent an emergency later on. It wasn't cheap but I think it was worth the cost. I would recommend Whatcom Tree Service to anyone who needs tree work done.

Very fast and friendly crew. Left a few branches on the tree that obviously should have been removed.

Great crew, 11 guys. Came on time. Very polite and accommodating. Mel was the crew chief. These guys were very profesional. They took down 7 or 8 good sized cedars, trimmed and cabled 3 larger ones, dragged everything uphill, chipped it, cleaned the yard and were out of there in 2 hours. Well worth it!

Excellent Service in everyway... Quick Turn-around from Quote to the day the job was done. I had several trees that needed to be removed in a very tight delicate space. They were very careful, precise and were in an out so fast it made my head spin. Highly recommended! Great communication. Very professional Crew and Management.

They had an opening early and called ahead. Each member of the crew worked fast and efficiently. Before I knew it the job was done.

Tree service is by design expensive. WTS comes with a full crew and finishes the job completely that day. Customer satisfaction is important to the team members and crew boss. Excellent work. I am certainly satisfied with the improved appearance of the large trees and shrubs.

Great tree trimming job. They came on the date specified and completed the job exactly as I wanted. The clean up was perfect. Would highly recommend!

We were not impressed with their initial quote; a service rep came to look at the job, took pictures back to the office and we received the estimate by email. Because it's difficult to judge the work requested from a photo, the initial quote was way too high and we were not going to consider them for the job. The following week, members from the crew where working on another job in the neighbourhood and stopped by to have a look at a tree we where also considering removing, it was then that the quote become more reasonable. They were a bit late arriving to do the job (they said morning but did not arrive to start the job until 1:30pm) however once they arrived they did a great job with trimming, tree removal and the clean up.
