    They removed a yellow jackets nest from my attic. They worked quickly and carefully. They were friendly and understood what we wanted. IĆ¢ d call them again if I ever had another issue with bugs!

    I think their price was fair and they got here very quickly to remove a yellow jacket nest. My only negative is that they did not clean up the significant amount of oily insecticide which ended up on my stone porch floor where our outdoor cats could walk through it.

    Steve took care of our hornets nest the day after I spoke to him. He came in, took care of the nest in a short amount of time. I'm very please with his work. Would recommend him to neighbors for sure!

    Stephen responded almost immediately to my request for the removal of a yellow jacket nest. Realizing it was not emergent we scheduled an appointment for the following day. When he knew he was going to be slightly delayed for our appointed time he kindly called to let me know. Stephen and his wife were friendly and professional with their service. He injected the nest and dusted the area. Activity in the area lessoned and although some "diehards" persisted they were covered in the powder-never to return. They told me to call if there was any activity in the next few days and they would return. I would recommend What's Bugging You for any pest problem! M.W.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
