a total nightmare from start to finish. charged me extra for nice interior trim then wouldn't do it. sent the wrong windows twice. kept sending people to fix the mess made originally and that person would fix some things and make other worse. and they keep calling to sell me more stuff even though I have told them repeatedly to put me on the 'do not call' list.

They responded to my original inquiry within 15 minutes. The person that schedules the jobs made an appt. for the next day for an estimate. They completed the job in a seamless manner. I wish all contractors worked this efficiently.

We haven't had the windows/doors installed yet, but I'm confident that the professionals at Wheaton D&G will do an outstanding job. These people are true professionals that really know how to deal with people. So far, I'd recommend them over any other window professional in this market. The other guys seemed to have a good product, but I felt like I was watching a TV Infomercial. It was cold and very impersonal and too expensive.

Vinyl Siding Repair or Partially Replace
Look, service was fine, but the match to existing siding was not perfect. And the original piece was not so broken that it needed to be disposed of. Anyway, the new piece'll protect my house for the winter, but then I'll likely re-do it. I'd say the problem came not with the service, but with the flow of info to the subcontractor they hired. In many ways, if they'd said I was outside their service area I'd have gotten a more local guy.
