We had Wheeler Generators install a fixed, whole house back up generator with auto transfer switch and a monitor system. Charles told us that if you ever see the monitor flashing to give him a call. Monitor was flashing an error message, we called Charles, and he quickly came out and inspected/diagnosed the cause. He ended up replacing a battery and resetting the monitor. This was greatly appreciated, as what good is a back up generator that will not start up when needed. We are very happy with Charles Wheeler and have him on call (this was offered by him and accepted by us) as our generator maintenance and service professional. We have since recommend Wheeler Generator for a back-up generator service company and they also hired Charles.
