Complete Home Inspection
John Wheeler was very informative, he took his time to explain to me what his services covered. He always made me feel as though my questions were important. The day of my appt. He was prompt,curtious and very thorough. He sent me the report within a very short period of time and I was quite pleased at how thorough and detailed it was. Complete Home Inspection
He was wonderful to work with and submitted the inspection the same day. His service was excellent and would recommend to family and friends. He went over the house thoroughly and gave me a 56 page report on everything from the roof to the attic very meticulous. My realtor did not want me to get a home inspection but now that I have the builder is fixing all of the issues that John recommendation to be fixed.

I had a home inspected in March 2020 by John of Wheeler Home Services. John provides the utmost service to his clients. His kindness, professionalism, and candor make for a very unique combination that is difficult to find these days. I am thoroughly impressed with his skills and abilities to scrupulously inspect homes and piece together issuesâ from larger problems to the myopic; his attention to detail is second to none! If you want to have peace of mind that your largest investment is a sound purchase, I highly suggest hiring John to inspect it. Thinking that our house didnâ t necessarily need an inspection because it was a new build, I was later convinced that I needed to have one completed. John found several issues that needed to be addressed by the builder (and they were). I greatly appreciated the way he conducted business and how quickly he produced the report. Sometimes the inspection period can be a huge time crunch, and the inspection process daunting, but John relieved a lot of that stress for us. I am grateful. I highly recommend John and Wheeler Home Services!

I hired John instead of a large well-known company in Nashville because, just after giving him a phone call to talk about the inspection, I immediately felt like his honesty, solid advice, and attention to detail would be apparent even more when he is on the job site. As expected, he did an incredible job, let me walk through with him and ask all sorts of questions. I'm a first time home owner so there were a lot of areas I knew nothing about. He showed myself and my fiance areas of concern and then promptly sent his report to me in under 24 hours. His report was extremely thorough and detailed with good, annotated photos. My uncle is a home contractor and he was extremely impressed with John's attention to detail. I would highly recommend his services and will be hiring him again in the future!

Radon Gas Testing
We were on a tight timeline for a Radon inspection and John was very accommodating to our need for expediency. Arrived when he said he would to place his equipment and we received the results 48 hours later, when we expected them. A very enjoyable experience!
