We absolutely love the work that was done by Wheeler and Son! Mark the owner was on the job and over seeing all work. His team is awesome and hard working non stop. All very professional, hard working and on time. All this work was done in day and half! I highly recommend Wheeler and Son for any of your concrete projects.

Mark Wheeler was the first of four companies to respond to our quote request and also provided the best pricing. While the others gave us start dates of a month to two months out, Wheeler and Son offered a start-time within a week or two. The crew arrived promptly on each day of the 3 day installation; as well as the fourth day for cleanup. The first day involved marking out the pattern for the driveway and, after getting the approval from us, excavating the old asphalt and additional area. On the second and third day the forms were set up, the base material was laid, and the concrete poured and finished. The fourth day is when the forms were removed and topsoil was replaced along the edges. We were impressed with the crew's efficiency, quality, and professionalism. Everyone knew what they were to do and the tasks for each stage proceeded like clockwork. We were more than satisfied with the results and would recommend Mark and the crew highly.

This job was to replace buckled and uneven concrete in my garage, and the concrete driveway leading into my garage. I had issues with rainwater back flowing into garage causing moisture issues inside the garage, Wheeler and Sons did a professional job removing the old concrete and replacing with new. They sloped the concrete properly, and installed a new drain in the driveway which works well in getting water away from the garage. I am very happy with the quality of work, and would hire again. They ran into some unknown difficulties which added time to the job, but they honored the quote I was given.

really nice work. added curves to the sidewalk which look great.. cut up the railroad ties to help dispose of them. cleaned up well each night. provided a daily status call as I was working. they weren't my lowest bidder, and I might or might not use them again only because when things came up that needed to be done, the price was more than the competitors. I, could of course, had someone else come in and finish the extras but chose not too as they were already here. would recommend as the quality was very very good.

The were very fast and did good work. They were much cheaper then other qoutes I got and they did more work.

They did an excellent job. I can't say nothing bad about them. They were good. They delivered it. They cleaned up. They did everything as I would hope them to. I would give them an A across the board. I'll absolutely use them again. That was a fair price based upon all the estimated that I had gotten.

Marc and his crew were fantastic!!! They came and quoted me on the spot, and the next day were out ripping up the old driveway. All told (including back filling with topsoil and removing the forms the whole job took less than 3 days.  The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything as they went. Each day the job site was clean. I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Marc!

Mr. Wheeler came out and gave me an estimate on cement driveway. I had previously received two other estimates in the past and they were all comparable but I chose this company because of the reviews on angie's list. The start date was delayed a short while due to rain, but once the work started, they were done in three days. There was only one unexpected event--during the pre-pour inspection, the city inspector stated that I needed a drain, which added the extra $500 that I had not planned on, but all-in-all, the inspector stated that the job was excellent. The driveway looks beautiful and the workers did an excellent job cleaning up. <br />

I was not familiar with this company initially. They gave me a good price and did a good job. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I received estimates from other companies that were as much as $2,500 more than Wheeler and Son.

    In digging down to remove the sewage & storm lines thy tore out my water line ,electrical power lines,phone lines , & tv cable. thy never tried to find out were these lines were so thy would not hit them. when I told them I wonted them to replace my utilities as thy were he refused and told me it would be out of my own pocket. I found a lawyer and the Wheelers delayed it in court for about 3 years. then just before trial he made a financial settlement.    from my experience with them I would tell all to avoid ever using any service he my give you my regret it like i did!! 

Driveway looks good. However, when the workers broke up the old cement, they must have cut the electrical wires to my garage. I called the company because they are bonded and insured. They did not do my electrical repair. In the end, I had to pay an electrician another $700 to rewire the garage to the house.
