They were very cordial and professional. I had a problem with dishwasher caused by a plumbing issue, and they were very helpful and honest in letting me know that the cost of repair would be more than my dishwasher.

It is a husband/wife team who are really nice and work well together. When setting up the initial appointment, they came out the following day, which was impressive. They were good to call before they came over each time as well as keeping in touch when waiting for the parts to come in to repair the dryer. 5stars We will definitely hire them again! :) Jim/Amy

Mr. Wheeler was on time and very professional. I will definitely recommend him to do future repairs for me and my family. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. Very friendly, completely cleaned up the work area and disposed of any garbage.

Mr. Wheeler was very knowledgeable with his work. He knew exactly what was wrong with my appliance and did a wonderful job repairing it. He showed me how to take it apart, explaining each element, in case I choose to repair it myself in the future. You can tell that he has had a lot of experience. Would definitely hire him again in the future.

Mr. Wheeler was able to make a service call just a few hours after I called, and diagnosed a refrigerant leak/failed coil in a refrigerator that was not keeping food cold. He recommended replacement rather than repair due to the cost to replace the sealed cooling system.
