My house was a mess. It had been re-sided by an unskilled and unscrupulous contractor. Siding panels had blown apart or blown off. The contractor used glue and nails to “fix“ this problem. Soffit was buckling; corner post was in the wrong place; trim was sloppy. Wheelhouse removed the improperly installed materials, wrapped the house, trimmed and sealed the windows, framed the soffit and moved the post to properly support the soffit and corner of the roof. I now have a house that is properly wrapped, sided and trimmed, cosmetically and structurally sound; clearly the work of people who know what they are doing, and who take pride in their work. I want to share my experience with WheelHouse to help others avoid the hardship my family and I have faced. I hired Wheel House to handle surveying and permitting. A contract was signed and the total amount paid was $15,000. At the time, I deployed on active duty and unable to oversee the project in person. I placed my trust in Jon of Wheel House as a fellow service member and veteran, I was ?taken care of.? Unfortunately, those promises turned out to be empty. Eventually, after significant pressure, Jon my fellow brother in arms gives his word he will ?make it right?, ?To do what?s best for you and our company?. He said they can do installments of $2,000 which being understanding, I agreed to. They sent a partial refund of $2,000 ? but since then, they have gone completely silent. As of today, I am out $13,000 with nothing usable to show for it. This experience has caused serious financial and emotional stress for my family. I?ve made every effort to resolve this privately.

He is extremely meticulous honest and nice, and only have the best things to say about him.
