We were loyal customers for six years, having spent nearly $10,000 on repairs, service, and a new enamel wood stove and enamel chimney. Lanny did many repairs and service work for us, and we considered him our *stove guy* and also a friend. After a recent job, in which he stated he was going to order and replace our chimney cap, he did not do what he said he did, and when asked, politely, about the change in plans, proceeded to snap back with a very rude and unprofessional response. After trying to get him to apologize for treating such loyal customers so badly, he proceeded to continue to be rude and discourteous. As a result, we dismissed him as our stove person and will be looking for another professional to handle our stove and hot water heater business. I once recommended Lanny to others, but now I would highly discourage anyone from forming a relationship with him or his company. We expected more from someone who had all of our business and good word-of-mouth; he disappointed us both as a service person and as a human being. Look elsewhere for your heating needs.

Meets his commitments on time and is fast.

Great communicator and the pro called the next day to schedule the job. He did a great job with cleaning the chimney. He is highly recommended and thank you for excellent service.

Outstanding workmanship, prompt attention and absolutely great.

Haven't had the work done yet which is why there's just 3 stars on "work quality." But I'm confident thatches company will meet or exceed expectations.
