Wouldn’t you know it, during heatwave our AC unit went out. Called Hoffman/Legacy and a technician responded quickly. From the person answering the phone, to the scheduler and the service technicians, this company has always been amazing to us and really does care about their customers’ comfort and safety. Today our technician, Grant Bittle, went above and beyond to get us back up and running during these extreme temps. And I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the scheduler, Nicole, today on a Saturday. UPDATE: Our 21 year old system just couldn’t hold on any longer so we opted for new equipment. We were scheduled for Thursday which was 5 days out and doing our best to manage in this unusual heatwave. Huge shoutout to Sarah who called us from the Las Vegas office very early Monday and said a crew would be out that morning! Tyler and Allbeth arrived as promised and got us up and running that evening. I won’t go into all the details, but these gentlemen went above and beyond for us. From the very beginning with our first phone call to Jeff, to The first technician, Grant, to the scheduler Nicole and then Sarah and Tyler and Allbeth, this company has completely knocked our socks off. We will be a lifetime customer for maintenance that’s for sure. I highly recommend them to you.

Chris did his best to unclog the drain. He was unable to push the snake past a 90 degree turn because the pipes are old and narrowed by years of buildup.

Excellent people, good technicians. Decent response time. The only downside I could entering, potentially say is, like many people in the trades they just Don't have as much technicians for demand. However They made every reasonable accommodation and where honest and forthright through the entire process.

Kyle came out yesterday and told us our fan was bad. He came back today and installed a new fan motor. He is very professional and answered all our questions. We are very happy with their service.

Edwina was prompt and courteous. She was Uber professional and did an amazing job.

I really appreciated the quick response. Keegan also pointed out other areas that may soon require repairs.
