Charlie is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsible. He showed up when he said he would, gave us an estimate, and then installed the system for the price he originally quoted. No hidden fees or extra charges, he did a nice neat job and it works great. A+++++

Charlie came out to give me a quote and showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything about the equipment, installation and function. His prices beat everybody. Installation was performed on a day and time that met my schedule. I'm very happy with the services Whirlmore provided.

SERVICE AND QUALITY WERE GREAT HOWEVER WHEN ASKED FOR AN EMAILED ESTIMATE TO BE SENT TO ME CHARLIE SAID HE KEPT SENDING IT SEVERAL TIMES AND I NEVER GOT IT SO I WAS WORRIED IF HE WAS GOING TO TRY TO CHARGE MORE FOR THE SERVICE WHEN HE CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE AIR UNIT BUT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT! THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE

They came to my house was there all of 5 minutes and charged me the entire 60.00 service charge although they couldn't do anything it was an electrical problem. they didn't ask questions prior to coming to find out if I called the correct discipline or not. I feel that they could have at least cut the service fee in half since they did absolutely nothing.

The technician got the wrong time information from two diff people his boss, and corporate office? They should be on the same accord. I waited almost my whole afternoon,but he did the job.

Charlie was very straightforward about us NOT needing a service call on our dryer. He asked all the right questions, and we determined that the source of the gas smell was resulting from our recent basement painting and staining. He spent alot of his time to explain and was very courteous.
