Was unable to repair faulty pilot starter in a ga burner. Was able to repair ice dispensar.

So far my experience have been a good one, but this is just a first step. I am here to get an estimate and actually fix the up lines. Hope that the remaining of the experience will match the initial impression

They came and spent 5 minutes telling me what I already knew and had spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining when I booked the appointment. They did not listen to me and treated me like an idiot because I am a woman. They misdiagnosed the problem (without actually pulling my oven out and looking at ANYTHING), then said they could not fix it and suggested I call an electrician. Then they charged me $89.00 for doing NOTHING for 10 minutes and left. I would Not recommend them to anyone. The next appliance repair was very professional and did what these men should have done the first time.

They tried to repair my washer. Replaced two parts. Came back twice.The machine still gave the same error message and stopped working.. They will refund our payment.

Very polite, prompt, wore mask, knew what to do. Our ice maker was not working. He quickly figured out that it was broken. That was on Friday afternoon. He ordered the part and came back on Monday and installed the new one. I was very happy

I called and explained in detail what my issues were, but sadly when the technician came out he said he was unable to do the work I needed and would actually need a plumber. A little more communication in the beginning would have saved everyone some time and money. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about the appliance, but overall was unnecessary.
