Fast & honest. My 30 yr old dishwasher was rusted out. He advised me that it was beyond repair as the entire mechanism was rusted out, did not try to sell me anything (it is 30 yrs old), turned off water to stop it from leaking again.

Diagnosed was not a repair of the dryer itself, but company does not provide dryer vent cleaning service so had to pay service fee and then hire a different vendor for the vent cleaning.

We have been without a washer since August, waiting on the original company we hired to come back and fix it. I called White Crow Appliance Repair at 1145 and it is only 130 and my first load is almost done. Thank you so very much!

A bit on the expensive side

I booked a deep clean for my Viking BBQ after confirming they had experience and would thoroughly clean/inspect the grill. Technician arrived on time but only dry-brushed corrosion for about an hour and left the inside still covered in brown dust. He couldn?t identify parts that needed replacing and the company refused to share part names, only pushing to sell replacements. He told Julia I expected sparkling. What they called a ?deep clean? was nowhere near what I requested especially because it wasn't clean. Seems like non-toxic cleaners could have been used. Felt like a bait-and-switch. I paid $150 (fair for what was actually done) but will not use them again. Photos are the condition after it was "deep cleaned"

Whitecrow diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter for the GE gas cooktop.

Called in the morning, and received a same day appointment. The repair tech (Andrey) sent me a text to let me know that they were on their way (within the 2 hour service window). The repair tech was able to find the broken glass in the drain tube which was causing the unit to not drain properly. Cleaned the line out with a high powered shop vacuum and now my dishwasher is draining perfectly. The unit was tested before he left the house. Thanks for the great service.

My refrigerator ice maker broke. When I called White Crow Repair, the customer service rep did her best to schedule an appointment that worked for me. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, provided the estimate, ordered parts and came back to fix it. Everything was professionally handled and I’m happy with the service.

My gas oven stoped working. Called White Crow Repair and was able to get service same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the oven in a timely manner. Very nice and responsive service with strong attention to detail. Will definitely recommend their service to friends and family!
