"This is a job we did 10 or 15 years ago and the deck had some add one he did not mention that?s y the price went up I did not do the bathroom was remodeling a whole house at the time but he insisted so I got a sub and he was not the best to say the least. I do not do subs anymore unless of course it is a plumber or electrician that I am working with. Also I charge 10% on materials"
