Scam movers that will hold your possessions hostage until you pay them extra money they will demand. Fred initially was very professional and quick to provide the quote for the work we needed. Unfortunately once they began the work and had our possessions loaded in their truck Fred called to demand an additional $3800 in cash otherwise they would not deliver or unload. Nothing changed about the scope of the work they had been contracted to do. The loading was completed in less time than Fred had estimated in his quote but he kept blaming his workers requiring extra payment for our possessions to be unloaded. We refused to pay more than what had previously been agreed to in writing and ultimately had to call the police to get involved. It was an embarrassing scene and our stuff was left in front of our house and we had to spend the rest of the day moving the stuff inside and scrambling to find a company to move us the next day. We do not recommend Fred or this company.

The moving crew was kind and respectful. They wrapped my furniture, no issues with them. It is the office I have an issue with. The lady who took my information said she would wave the travel fee I asked her to send an email she did and there was no mention of the travel fee she did say they do normally charge a travel fee but they were going to waive it. The guys inform me that there is a travel fee which I told him that yes I know but it was waived and I showed him the email where it says my flat rate of what it would be. I am upset that the owner-manager the powers that be did not honor what she said. They told me that she was new and she did not know... I am sorry, but, if you make an offer you have to honor it. I have lost my trust in this company and recommend that if you go with this company you make sure everything is writing although that is not going to matter cause I had it in writing. I am on a budget and this has me in a bind. I ended up paying 283.00 more than what was quoted. This does not include the tip; with the tip, I paid 383.00 over the quote I received. I had to leave some of my items to cause the new price was for only two hours and move myself.
