They moved us from NJ to TN. The next morning after they left we discovered a number of pieces of jewelry missing from my wife?s jewelry. Some of the items are irreplaceable. We called the police and gave them the names we had of the delivery guys. Police ran checks and sent me back a mugshot to make an identification. ONE OF THE GUYS HAS A CRIMINAL RECORD. Who knows how many criminals this company brings into people?s homes on a daily basis. It took me hours to reach their customer care supervisor, Margaret Lombardi. After 4 separate phone calls, she finally called me back, and said there was nothing she could do to make us whole. She said they don?t carry insurance for these types of situations. When we initially spoke with their moving managers, Darwin and Mike they said they were fully insured and bonded. To add insult to injury, this Margaret shifted blame on us , and said we didn?t hide the jewelry appropriately. She also threatened me with legal action if I posted re this

Our first time using a moving service. This crew rocks! 3 very nice guys showed up and went right to work. I added many more items to my original list. We were in the house 30 years. They loaded everything quickly but neatly. We drove over an hour and they unloaded all items where I needed them. They actually were finished in less time than the estimate so the bill was reduced. Incredible! Gave them each a nice tip and said goodbye. I would use them again and already recommended them to my friends. Good honest company. Great work ethic. Wish all companies were like them.
