Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
I never got an estimate. I got sticker shocked by the almost $400 for a very simply job of shortening a plastic outdoor pipe!
Response from White Glove Piping & Drain Services, LLC
"Our tech informed you of the cost prior to starting the work, you had the option to refuse with $0 cost. The actual price was $375 for a broken irrigation main. Also with the invoice you have the option to get water bill credited for the excess water usage. As far as estimates, this job is not a project its a service/repair next time call the bigger companies which charge $90 trip charge and $500+ for the repair. Or call a handyman and take your chances."

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
This company charged three times what a local company would charge. I would never use them again.
Response from White Glove Piping & Drain Services, LLC
"We believe our tech gave you the rate of your project before he started the job. We would be happy to price match a legitimate licensed plumbing company and refund you the difference, if you think that $185 for the service you received was overpriced. Please feel free to contact us. Thank you have a blessed day."

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I was surprised when I got a phone call so soon. Pete arrived in a timely manner and was able to complete the job in the very short time before I had to leave for work. I was really appreciative. I thought the price was a little high but I realize it was an urgent fix and I had nothing to compare it to. I was just glad to get the piping fixed instead of waiting til the next day. I will keep Pete s business card and call again if I have a problem.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
I am a experienced technical person. I do everything myself I can. But being out of town and having a tenant there I had to find a plumber. He came same day. He found only that the pilot light needed igniting. The gas company had just changed the meter for time and they tried to lite but said it would not. White Glove was honest and did not try to "find" issues to charge more. I'm so glad I found them on HomeAdvisor. You can trust this guy. Also the bill was just $65

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Peter installed our new kitchen sink and faucet. From the consultation to job completion, he was the utmost professional and completely clean. He had our old sink and faucet removed and the new ones installed in no time with no snags. We knew this wasn't going to be cheap but we wanted quality work done right by a professional plumber. I was expecting the price to be more than what we were charged, which is always a pleasant surprise. We have a favorite plumber now.
