"I normally don't answer reviews but this one I have to answer I'm a keep this short and sweet I was not late I arrived on time at the complex the directions was not clear the customer provided none he left me with the nanny who did not speak English to sign off on the work that his wife was requesting whom I never talk to or interact with at anytime, they were clearly way too picky this is why they continue to change housekeepers no 1 will ever be good enough for them he asked me to make the bed which was clearly not part of the deal laundry is definitely extra. I made the bed on his behalf as a courtesy. Also, to add insult to injury he asked."
