The White Glove Treatment LLC had scam us $3,000 for a driveway project. The key person of this company is Johnathan Monroe Pittman with whom we had make a deal to replace a driveway for $6000. He was asking for 50% upfront to complete the project. After that we gave him $3000 upfront to perform the job but he never finished the job and never reimburse the money nor received our call. We already have taken legal action against him.

Scammers. DO NOT USE! They took a deposit of over $500.00 to order materials to install my fence. I continued to follow up for weeks as to when they were going to schedule the install. Johnathon kept giving me excuses that it would be another two weeks and that the items were on backorder. I told him I was going to contact the police to file a report for "theft by service" if I didn't receive a full refund. He finally responded after several attempts and said my deposit would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Today is the 10th day and he will not return emails or phone calls. He has done this before to others. He doesn't answer his phone or return messages. I hope I can share and help others to not be scammed by this company.

I hired white glove cleaning services when I moved into my downtown Savannah home. The home was in need of a deep clean after much neglect. Jen came to clean and she did an AMAZING job! She cleaned for 6 hours by the time she left it was pristine!!!

Although we did leave a tip, we were not impressed with the equipment the service provider came equipped with such as the vacuum cleaner. There were several areas that were left uncleaned or not cleaned completely such as the top of the refrigerator, the eyes around the burners were left with rings that we were able to clean ourselves and we replaced the dripping pans beneath the burners. The oven was not cleaned at all not were the walls in any of the rooms. It was our understanding that a move out cleaning would be thoroughly detailed and this was certainly not. She was a very nice young lady but I would not recommend this company for move out cleaning service.

This was my first time hiring a cleaning/maid service, so I was not entirely sure what to expect, but I was hopeful. Prior to agreeing to their services, I asked the supervisor about insurance, liability, a contract for services, refund policy, and etc. I was informed by him that he did not have any of those things, except for his business insurance. I still opted to use his services, but I thought it was strange. When bidding out other maid service providers, they were able to offer me those assurances. I have a 2800 square feet home, but as it is newly built, it is not fully furnished. I asked for the downstairs baseboards and chair rails to be cleaned. I wanted the downstairs floor to be swept/vacuumed and mopped. I asked for general dusting/polishing of furniture and cleaning mirrors and windows in the family room. I wanted the kitchen cleaned and the guest bathroom tub cleaned. Lastly, I wanted my master bathroom cleaned and the master bedroom furniture dusted and polished. The companys first impression was not great. After agreeing to the service, I realized I had not been given a time for the maids to arrive. I contacted the supervisor, who suggested a start time of 9 a.m. However, on the date of service, the maid arrived 15 minutes late. Had she been another five minutes late, I would have called to cancel the service. When I contacted the owner about the late start, he stated that his time was a suggested start time, but not guaranteed. Ironically, the maid informed me that her supervisor had given her the wrong zip code, so she went to the wrong address. Secondarily, prior to agreeing to the service, I had been informed by the manager that I would have two maids for my cleaning appointment. However, on the date of service, only one was sent. I asked the maid who showed up about her being the only one sent to this job. She informed that she expected to have someone helping her, but that the supervisor must have forgotten. The one maid was at my home for five hours and near the end, was visibly tired and sweating. While she asked me to check her work, I could tell that she was not physically up for having to redo things. Another concern that come up early on was the fact that the maid did not appear to have the high end cleaning products and supplies that the supervisor informed me about. The maid did not have floor cleaner for my luxury vinyl tile, she did not have cleaner for stainless steel appliances, or even quality cleaning tools and the bottle of off-brand Windex she had was almost used up. The mop used on my floor was one of those inexpensive sponge mops that you would expect to find at a Dollar Tree or Dollar Store. At one point, I really wanted to offer the maid my own cleaning supplies and products, but I felt that they are supposed to have these things. In the end, I did provide stainless steel cleaner for my kitchen, paper towels for cleaning mirrors and windows, and toilet freshening items for the master bathroom. When I brought this matter up to the supervisor, he stated that they had those items, but that the maid must have left them before coming to my home. Despite all of my concerns being texted to the supervisor, during the service call, all he did was give excuses for my lackluster service experience. He did not offer me a discount to ease my dissatisfaction or offer to send another maid to help. In the end, I paid the bill and even tipped the maid. While the service was not great, she was really nice and I felt bad that her supervisor clearly did not set her up for success. The maid was willing to do the work, but she had been given the wrong address, sent to do the job by herself, and given sub par cleaning supplies. I would not re-hire White Glove Treatment, LLC nor would I recommend them to someone else.

I had the best experience using White Glove Treatment, LLC. I have told several of my friends about how professional they are. I cannot wait to make an appointment for some help with my little one s room again. They helped me organize her things and gave great tips on how to maintain it. Thanks, White Glove Treatment, LLC. for leaving a sparkling impression on my family. Keep up the great work. We love you!

After paying for the service noticed nothing was cleaned really well. Not only bugs and construction dust on window sills, the doors and baseboards were not cleaned. The stove top was not sparkling. I regret paying so much for this type of service. Never again.

"I apologize that the expected level of service wasn't met. It's hard to deliver our amazing cleaning while remodeling is still ongoing. Regardless if anyone ever has an issue we are quick to deliver an immediate resolution."

The owner is very nice and seemed knowledgeable. However one person showed up early and spent 45 minutes on the phone and then left. Another person came in and said she had been waiting outside. She seemed to work steady but 3 rooms were not vacuumed, and vinyl floor was not done thoroughly. I was not pleased although I guess the second girl tried. We only wanted floors cleaned, carpets vacuumed, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. The house has only 1300 sq ft with a lot of furniture.
Response from White Glove Treatment, LLC
"I send 2 cleaners typically per job. At this time one of my cleaners were in training, so she was gathering the supplies from the vehicle while the veteran cleaner was addressing the client's elderly mother who was home at the time. The client was at work the entirety of the cleaning. The veteran cleaner was having health complications so she was on the phone trying to contact me various times. I was busy and couldn't pick up my phone for the most part. When I did talk to her I instructed her to go to the hospital and leave the trainee to clean. I had contacted the client of the circumstances and she was fine. Regarding the floor cleaning the customer was advised to put away her pets, but they were still roaming around. Which was counter productive regarding our cleaning process. After the eventful cleaning I attempted to make amends for the situational cleaning and the customer understood and agreed."

They were fast and professional. We had a screen patio with pollen! Obviously and understandably they missed some spots! But overall we are satisfied and left a tip.
