I needed a good computer repair service to help me help a friend who is 90 and fell prey to a ransomware scheme. Josh listened to my issues and quickly put together a plan to solve the problem created by these dishonest people. He was super patient with my friend who is not tech savvy! He completely cleaned, reloaded, saved passwords, created necessary routines for the computer all while helping to prevent this scenario going forward. I was blessed that he had an opening this afternoon. He quickly resolved all issues and helped my friend. Such a good guy! He also has some great plans that would benefit anyone.
