Coy asked for payment in full when he was partially done with the job. He said he would come back in a few days to finish and needed the money for a family emergency. He does not respond to repeated requests about completing the work he promised. We hired him in August 2016, he started the installation in October and has not been heard from since. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

"Payment was received in full because the job I was initially contracted to do was completed. Customer requested that I do additional work, which I agreed to. I was unable to do the additional work because of a family emergency. I received no money for the additional work, nor did I ask for any money that wasn?t due to me."

I was extremely pleased with the honesty and integrity of Coy McMillan and his crew, as well as the timeliness of Mr. McMillan's calling me almost immediately after I first reached out to Home Advisors. The work was completed in a timely, professional, and cost-saving manner; and, even though the weather delayed a couple of the projects, Mr. McMillan was in constant contact with me to explain what was going on and when they would be back to complete the work. After the projects were completed, the crew did a first-class job of cleaning up after themselves. All of the projects look GREAT, and I feel that I have found a valuable resource for projects which I will need done in the future. Thank you!
